Really helpful and friendly staff , pepperoni pizza with chilli flakes and chilli oil was delicious! Can't wait to go back next weekend for a calzone! Extremely fast , great value and very tasty !

Pizza DELICIOUS. We took 4 slices, and 2 more after Zuegg juice - recommend to try, beautiful. Very friendly service, not too expensive if you think about quality!

2025. I posted my original review 4 years ago, absolutely nothing has changed, still easily the best pizza place in Carlisle. Still has the amazing staff it did years ago when I discovered it. To sum it up, don't go anywhere else for pizza in Carlisle, you can't beat this place. 2021. Honestly the nicest pizza place in Carlisle, a little on the expensive side. But worth every penny. Been multiple times and haven’t been let down once.

They say the “Best Pizza in Town” and who am I to argue? It is great pizza and it is served Roma style so you can choose your slice and they pop it in the oven to be heated up. They are located in the Old Market Hall so the ambience is what it is. They do have a number of tables so if you eat-in you can watch the parade of people. They do a brisk take-away business. You can also order whole pizzas to eat-in or take-away. They have a selection of soft drinks and Birra Moretti. Romano Pizzeria is a taste of Italy right in the midst of Carlisle.

The best slice of pizza in Carlisle ! Better than any restaurant and for a fraction of the price! I always ask for olive oil and chilli flakes pepperoni garlic chicken in my opinion are the best !
